RootHub is the musical voice of songrwiter Greg Williams, whose style has been dubbed “Life Music”. His songs leave the listener vibrating a bit higher at their end.
His voice is deep, gravelly, and smoky; is familiar, yet differentthan anything you’ve likely heard. There is a sensitivity, a positivity, and an honesty that transmits so clearly through this music. He spent years splitting time between Hawai’i, LA, and NY, finding and refining his voice and writing dozens of songs, each one a story.
One part Kerouac, two parts Dylan, one part Tom Waits, a dash of salt water and you’ve got RootHub, a modern enigma. He currently resides on Oahu, making music, living life, riding waves, and spreading aloha.
