2013 MISS HAWAII SCHOLARSHIP PAGEANT: 1. Miss Chinatown Hawaii Crystal Lee, third from left, was crowned Miss Hawaii 2013 on Saturday at the Hawai’i Convention Center. In addition to winning the overall title and the opportunity to represent Hawaii nationally, Lee won the pageant’s Golf Tournament Scholarship, category awards for swimsuit and talent, and was voted Most Photogenic.
