When Genki Sushi at Ala Moana Center reopens on Wednesday, July 10, regular customers will notice there will be a new way to get their sushi.

According to an announcement Monday, July 8, the renovated 49-seat restaurant will premiere the country’s first double-rail sushi delivery system that will feature touch panel ordering.

A whimsical touch will be added as each order will be delivered on platforms shaped as a bullet train, race car, surfboard, space shuttle or fish.

Hours will be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Call 942-9102 or visit www.genkisushiusa.com.
