New Zealand-based recording artists Maisey Rika and Ria Hall made their Hawaii concert debuts at the Polynesian Cultural Center on Friday, Aug. 3. The concert was part of PCC’s Te Manahua Maori Cultural Competition, which concludes at 9 a.m. today with a Maori performing arts competition.
